T-Shirt Design Contest

Our county elementary school had a contest for the best t-shirt logo. Everyone was invited. Surely enough, the whole town, including myself, practically joined the party. We were all eager to join the fun, since it has been somewhat of a local tradition to get involved in town-related activity, whether it is football, beauty pageants, or a contest like this.

The game was divided into three categories: twelve and under, teens, and the adult group. Of course, we joined the last one. Our entry were printed promotional t-shirts with our family crest on it. Actually, we just invented the crest days before the activity. Everyone in the family pitched in to help in improving our promotional product entry. For my part, I did all the painting.

I could only imagine how hard it is for the judges to decide who the winner is. There were a lot of entries for those printed promotional short-sleeve t-shirts. To my estimate, there were at least a thousand of those promotional items out there. That would be too much for a 3-day event.

Whatever the results may be, I’m happy to note that it was quite a spectacular event, why? For the simple reason that the whole town had an overwhelming support of the whole thing. To think that the contest was initially intended for a small county elementary school, the outcome was phenomenal. Aside from my family’s entry, I’m betting on a couple of printed promotional long sleeve t-shirts to win the contest.
